Every Vigor Horse order is covered by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee measured from the date of purchase.
Email support@viigorhorse.com within 60 days of your purchase date with your order number. Our team will process your request and confirm by email.
The guarantee applies only to orders placed through this official website. Purchases from unauthorised third-party sellers are not covered. Save your order confirmation and set a calendar reminder for day 55 so the window does not close unnoticed.
